As you may have heard if you stuck around through the end of A Life Well Wasted Episode 6, I just relocated from the San Francisco Bay to Athens, Georgia. As I was packing up to leave, I was faced with the usual depressing chore of throwing away the imperfect posters from the “Big Ideas” run. These were posters with uneven printing and noticeable flaws that I left out of the numbered 200 that went out to listeners. Instead of throwing them away, I thought I’d post them up across the country as I drove from Berkeley to Athens. I posted a geotagged photo of each poster on my Twitter account as I made my way across the country. Some were found by listeners immediately. Others might still be out there. Here are the tweets (the app I’m using to embed these doesn’t support geotagging, so you’ll have to click through to my Twitter page if you want to see their locations).
Here’s #1. Berkeley, CA. http://yfrog.com/283g1pj

Those eyes are hypnotic when I’m scrolling. It’s like a picture book.

Jesus God Christ! That’s what that was!
I was on vacation in Moab and I saw it posted on the side of a trash can. I hadn’t been following the twitter so I didn’t know what it was all about. I almost took it but thought someone had left it there to promote the show, so I left it in the hope that it would serve its purpose. Now I kinda wish I hadn’t. Excuse me whilst I kick myself for passing up such a (I think) important piece of ALWW history.
Cool idea though.
